The Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) is an official student organization at Harvard College offering a sustained academic program and a forum of exchange to facilitate discussion of the most important issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.
500 students from universities worldwide will be selected to attend this conference.
The theme of the conference - Redefining Asia: Visions and Realities, will encompass discussion of the critical issues facing the region today and their implications for the future.
Program Description: The HPAIR Academic Conference is a four-day program with six workshops concurrently conducted throughout the conference. This year, workshop topics are China and India's ascent, Religion and Identity, Theater and Film, Health Policy, Environmental Management, and Security.
